Ensuring that the site is responsive and easy to navigate, even for those unfamiliar with digital tools, was critical. Additionally, balancing the diverse needs of users—caregivers, healthcare professionals, and individuals with chronic conditions—meant prioritizing features without overwhelming the interface. Lastly, maintaining a consistent and empathetic tone across all touchpoints was essential to foster trust and emotional connection with users.
